Description: Vintage Weather Report James Avery Beau Thermometer Sterling Charm Bracelet This is a vintage sterling silver charm bracelet with a 'weather' theme. Underlying the weather theme is optimism and perseverance through 'bad weather' that life throws us at times. Central to the theme (and bracelet) is the large charm which reads "May all your days be sunny." The bracelet includes an interesting mix of American, English, and German charms attached to an English charm bracelet. It measures a little over 8" in length and bears full hallmarks for Chester, 1979. All of the charms are made of .925 sterling silver except the German charms, which are .800 or .835 silver. The largest charm (Beau sundial) measures 7/8"The charms include (counterclockwise from top): 1) c. 1960's sun face charm 2) c. 1980's German Scottie dog holding umbrella charm 3) c. 1960's English weather house charm with rotating sun/umbrella platform 4) c. 1900-1920's kissing couple in rowboat with umbrella charm 5) c. 1960's-70's rotating rooster weather vane charm with directional wind notations (N, E, S, W) 6) c. 1960's Beau sundial charm which reads "May all your days be sunny" 7) James Avery snowflake 8) c. 1950's-60's working thermometer charm 9) c. 1960's-70's English Chim sundial charm which opens to pair of sunglasses 10) c. 1940's German enameled duck holding umbrella charm 11) c. 1970's rotating world globe charm with aurora borealis faceted gem (represents rainbow) 12) c. 1940's German enameled movable frog on ladder charm (attached to safety chain).
