1923 2c Warren Harding Scott Catalog #613 Perforated 11 Rotary Press. Old USPS 2c black and white stamp. With the allotment of paper shrinkage this USPS stamp falls within the measurements of being a rare US 2c Postal Stamp. Great condition crisp and clean was hinged but in fantastic shape with gum on back. THIS STAMP MEASURES JUST OVER 22mm AND WHEN ACCOUNTING FOR PAPER SHRINKAGE THE STAMP FALLS WITHIN THE GUIDELINES.
