This set is in mint condition and was not used. This was a spare in government inventory that was unused per the navy discharge document. It looks like new but since I don't have the box with it i'm listing the set as used. it came with a military grade bulky computer system but the navy took out the hard drive so it's useless. You can have it if you want to pay shipping for it. Anyway this does include the software and manuals. both units are size 2, 2014 DOM. These are sold as described and as seen in the pictures.
