DenonDMD-1000 MiniDisc Player/Recorder w/remote, VG+ condition (USA model) This is my last Denon DMD-1000 MiniDisc player / recorder that I have which I purchased brand new back in the day. It was one of Denon’s best Minidisc decks ever sold from its non-pro line. It’s yet another piece from my large personal collection of audio components that has seen very limited use due to the sheer number of audio components I have. The pictures in this eBay listing are of the exact unit you will receive except for the very first stock image. As you can see, it’s in very good condition, it’s clean and in full working order. There are a few small marks on top from having other components being stacked which is common, it's a beautiful unit in typical Denon fashion. It’s ready for someone who has other MiniDisc gear that they’d like to possibly upgrade to or if you’re just starting out a bit late with this format here’s the perfect time to own a deck from the prestigious Japanese brand Denon. Basically, it’s for anyone who just appreciates some of the best and neatest MiniDisc gear that were once available but are no longer. These USA units are fairly rare, you just don’t see them available all the time and especially in very good condition with remote. This deck features the typical Denon build quality, it’s nice and solid but what makes this stand out was sound quality it delivers! This was originally released in the late 90’s and was roughly sold through the early 2000’s, around time when nice audio components with the sound and build quality to match were sold. In addition to the unit itself, this also comes with the OEM factory supplied IR remote control (RC-270), there is a small hardly noticeable hairline crack on the remote IR plastic window at the very end of the remote but the remote works as it’s supposed to. This unit was made and sold specifically for the NorthAmerican market so it runs on 120v without any need for a step-down transformer that you may find for sale in other eBay listings coming from Japan with the110v requirement, so you’ll have no worries here in the USA with this one.
